Lokahi means expressing

harmony within unity.

An example of Lokahi practice is mindful eating. We pay attention to what happen to food when they enter the body. When we eat food that is good for us, it goes through our body and makes our bodies feel good. All of the parts of the body that our food goes through works harmoniously together to process and take in all the nutrients that our food has. The parts of the body work as one unit. Every day we take steps towards creating harmony in our lives. The more we practice being mindful of what we eat, how our body feels, the more we are in harmony with ourselves.
