Olu’olu refers to gentleness.

You can achieve gentleness in our daily lives through the way you speak and think. If someone does something that upsets you, it is normal to respond with annoyance, sarcasm, or even anger.

It can be difficult at times to fight the urge to react with different forms of anger. But when this happens, it is important that you recognize that you are doing this and then try to respond with gentleness. When we practice using Olu’olu in our thoughts and speech, we are conditioning our thoughts and speech to respond to unpleasant situations with Olu’olu.
